One on One Personal Training 

Personalised training sessions based on your specific goals, designed to push you harder and get you stronger.  Each session will be different with a combination of weights training, functional training, cardio sessions and boxing.

On top of your sessions you will also receive:

- Tailored gym program and at home program 

- Dietary advice and ongoing nutrition education 

- Motivation, support and accountability

- Goal setting

- Check-ins for checking progress

- Fitness testing (optional)

One on One Personal Training is your best option for reaching specific health and fitness goals.  A holistic approach to training and diet to allow you to make sustainable lifestyle changes for maintainable results.  

Small Group Training 

Small Group training incorporates the same weight and cardio based sessions as the one on one training, but it's even more fun because you get fitter and stronger with a group of friends.  If you have a friend, work colleague, neighbour or any one who wants to get into an exercise routine, get them on board for some small group training.  2-4 people per session.  Buddy discounts do apply.    

Mobile Personal Training - we come to you! 

 

Take advantage of our Mobile Personal Training service and train close to home, work or even your backyard.  We bring all the equipment we need and provide you with a session to get you closer to your health and fitness goals.  Choose from one on one personal training or small group training of 2-4 people.

Each session is individually programmed for you and will incorporate weight training and cardio based sessions with the use of:

- kettlelbells

- medicine balls

- ropes

- TRX suspension training

- boxing

- and much more!
